That the agenda be approved as printed.

That the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment/Appeals Committee meeting dated September 10, 2024 be adopted as presented.

That Minor Variance application A-24-12 for 72 Fire Route 94 be approved and a building permit be obtained subject to all conditions being met, the applicant shall provide an Ontario Land Surveyor’s report to the Building Department at the footing stage which shall confirm that the approved setbacks are accurately adhered to and both the interior side yard and water yard setback footings are pinned accordingly for building staff to identify on site, the twenty day appeal period passed and compliance with all applicable law.

That Minor Variance application A-24-13 for 51 Fire Route 8 be approved and a building permit be obtained and septic system review or septic permit for the proposed construction, the twenty day appeal period passed and compliance with all applicable law.
