That Minor Variance application A-24-14 for 168 Island 1 Gold be approved and a building permit and septic system review or septic permit be issued subject to all conditions being met, applicant shall provide an Ontario Land Surveyor’s report to the Building Department at the footing stage which shall confirm that the approved water yard setback is accurately adhered to and that the footings are pinned accordingly for building staff to identify on site, the twenty day appeal period and compliance with all applicable law.

That Minor Variance application A-24-15 for 162 Hall Drive be approved and a building permit and septic system review or permit be issued subject to all conditions being met, applicant shall provide an Ontario Land Surveyor’s Report to the Building Department at the footing stage which shall confirm that the approved interior side yard setbacks are accurately adhered to and that the footings for the deck extension and addition to the dwelling are pinned accordingly for building staff to identify on site, that the development shall be substantially in accordance with the drawings submitted with the application, the twenty day appeal period and compliance with all applicable law.

That the draft 2025 Committee of Adjustment Meeting Calendar be approved.
