That the agenda be approved as printed.

That the minutes of the Committee of Adjustment/Appeals Committee meeting dated January 14, 2025 be adopted as presented.

That Minor Variance application A-24-17 for Vacant land on Fire Route 20, be approved and a building permit and septic permit be issued subject to all conditions being met, all four corners pinned with a report submitted at the Footings Inspection, the Severance agreement is adhered too, the twenty day appeal period and compliance with all applicable law.

That Minor Variance application A-25-01 for 11 Fire Route 41 be approved and a building permit be issued subject to all conditions being met including no habitable space in the garage, two corners of the garage facing the fire route are pinned, the twenty day appeal period and compliance with all applicable law.
