That the agenda be approved as printed.

That the minutes of the Economic Development Advisory Committee meeting dated June 8, 2020 be adopted as printed.

That the Confidential Closed Session minutes of the Economic Development Advisory Committee dated January 7, 2020 and February 20, 2020 be adopted as printed.

That Dave Reid be appointed as the Acting Chair for the remainder of the meeting.

That the Committee receive the delegation from Bob Taylor-Vaisey, Chair of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee, regarding the Parks, Recreation and Culture Survey Results and Next Steps.

That the Committee receive the delegation from Bruce Averill regarding the Buckhorn Community Sports Complex and express an interest in seeing the next steps for the project.

That the proposed format for the Trent Lakes Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) Facebook Business Group Page, be endorsed; and further That Council approve the implementation of the EDAC Facebook Business Group Page by EDAC; and further That the Administrative Project Coordinator, acting in their capacity as Staff representative to EDAC, shall moderate the page.

That the Economic Development Advisory Committee encourage Council to promote Trent Lakes as a welcoming and open community through various media formats.

That the Economic Development Advisory Committee adjourn at 11:21 a.m.
