That the Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) request Council support and approval for EDAC to create and distribute a Passport to Local Dining for use at local eateries in the summer of 2021, subject to COVID-19 restrictions; and further That the cost to implement the Passport to Local Dining program be funded from the 2021 EDAC budget allocation.
