That EDAC endorse inclusion of the Potential Opportunities and Quick Wins identified in the FICE Final Recommendations in the FICE final reporting; and further That the Economic Development Officer be requested to share this information with the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee (PRCAC) and the consultants for both the Open Spaces Master Plan and the Economic Development, Tourism and Recovery Strategic Plan.
