That the Committee direct the Staff Liaison to draft a letter to submit as input for the public meeting regarding the OPA and ZBA for ARUs advising that: the Shoreline Residential Zone should be excluded from automatic approval for ARUs and should apply for a Planning Application in order to protect water supply and water quality; and the Shoreline Residential properties should be considered the same as Muskoka and Haliburton on this matter.
