Given that our Library CEO will be on leave for a period of 10 April 2022 until 14 June 2022, it is moved by the Trent Lakes Library Board that Kim Fernandes be appointed as the Acting CEO and that she have general supervision over and direction of the operations of the public library and its staff and attend all board meetings until such time as the Library CEO can return to her regular duties.
