Page 4 of 4 Library Board April 14, 2023 Under Section 13 (c) of the Public Libraries Act, if a member of the library board is absent from the meetings of the board for three consecutive months without being authorized by a board resolution then the member’s seat becomes vacant. As a member of this library board, I move that as Deborah Konecny has been absent from three consecutive meetings of the library board, that the seat presently held by Deborah Konecny be declared vacant and that the Trent Lakes Council be notified of this vacancy on the Trent Lakes Library Board.
