That the agenda be amended to add the Notice of Motion from Deputy Mayor Windover regarding the Buckhorn Sportspad, that is included on the upcoming February 2, 2021 Regular Council meeting agenda, under Item 4.1 for discussion; and further That the agenda be approved as amended.

That, in response to the request from Council, the PRCAC endorse Council Resolution R2021-46 regarding the possibility of a viability study for the revitalization of the Buckhorn Sportspad; and further That the PRCAC request to be involved in the development of the Scope of Work for that study.
