Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee

That the agenda be amended to add the draft project plan template under Item 7.1 for discussion and to add Item 7.2 Council Presentation; and further That the agenda be approved as amended.

That the Minutes of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee meeting dated March 11, 2021 be adopted as presented.

That the Chair present the Interim Master Plan to Council at its April 20, 2021 meeting for endorsement, noting that the Plan still needs a recommendation regarding the Buckhorn Sports Pad and additional photographs to be complete.

That the PRCAC receive the East Scarborough Storefront Project Presentation for their information in anticipation of a project plan dealing with the community hub network recommendation in the Interim Master Plan.

That the PRCAC receive the correspondence from Marcus J. Buck of Karst Solutions to Kawartha Land Trust regarding the Dewdney Caves for their information and table the matter for discussion following the April 20, 2021 Council meeting.

That the Chair present the 2021 PRCAC Workplan to Council at its April 20, 2021 meeting for endorsement.

That the PRCAC recognize, with special thanks and appreciation, past member Shiela Cook for her outstanding contribution to the PRCAC.

That the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee adjourn at 2:57 p.m.
