Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee

That the agenda be approved as printed.

That the Minutes of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee meeting dated May 13, 2021 be adopted as presented.

That the Committee receive the delegation from Erin Semande, Provincial Heritage Registrar, regarding Ontario Heritage Trust Overview for their information.

That the update from the Chair on the status of the project plans be received.

That the 2021 PRCAC Workplan be updated as follows:  Items # 3 and # 4 are be combined to read 'Develop a project plan in support of a municipal trails and parks strategic plan';  Item # 7 be revised to read 'Develop a project plan in support of a cultural resources management plan'; and  The identified Leads for the development of the project plan in support of a municipal trails and parks strategic plan be Member Perry and Chair Taylor-Vaisey.

That the PRCAC recognize, with special thanks and appreciation, past member Marlys Kerkman for her outstanding work and dedication to the PRCAC.

That the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee adjourn at 3:00 p.m.
