Police Services Board

That the Agenda be amended to add the following Items: Item 6.12 – Correspondence Re: Accidents on County Road 507 Item 7.1 – 2021 Proposed Budget Item 7.2 – 2021 Board Meeting Schedule ; and further That the agenda be approved as amended.

That the minutes of the July 23, 2020 Police Services Board meeting be approved.

That the OPP 3rd Quarter Report - July to September 2020 for Trent Lakes be received.

That the Report to Council from the CAO/Treasurer regarding the 2021 O.P.P Billing Statement be received for information.

That the Report to Council by the Clerk/Director of Corporate Services regarding Highway Traffic Act Amendments Related to Off-Road Vehicles be received for information; and further That the Police Services Board support permitting the additional Off-Road Vehicle Types, namely:  Off-Road Motorcycles; and  Extreme Terrain Vehicles in the by-law to regulate the operation of Off-Road Vehicles on Municipal Highways in the Municipality of Trent Lakes.

That the Police Services Board recommend to Council that a Community Safety Zone be established on County Road 507.

That the correspondence from the Harvey Community Policing Committee regarding Committee Disbanded be received for information.

That the memorandum from the Ministry of the Solicitor General regarding Inspector of General Policing be received for information.

That the correspondence from the Ontario Association of Police Service Boards regarding Request for 2020 Labour Seminar Sponsors be received for information.

That the correspondence from Mayor Clarkson and Sherry Higgins regarding Accidents on County Road 507 be received for information.

That the 2021 Board Meeting Schedule be adopted.

That the Police Services Board adjourn at 10:30 a.m.
