That the agenda be approved as printed.

That the minutes of the Regular Council meeting dated September 1, 2020 and the minutes of the Statutory Public meeting dated September 1, 2020 be adopted as printed.

That the Council meeting be suspended at 1:08 p.m. in favour of a Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

That the Council meeting be reconvened at 1:12 p.m.

That Council receive the report from the Director of Emergency Services regarding Peter's Island Bridge Replacement for their information.

That Council receive the report from the Director of Emergency Services regarding Peter's Island Open-Air Burn Ban for their information.

That Council receive the report from the Director of Emergency Services regarding the Mutual Aid Plan Participation By-law for their information.

That Council receive the report from the Planning Administrator regarding Zoning By-law Amendment File No. 20-13 (Mallory) for their information; and further That Council support Zoning By-law Amendment File No. 20-13, respecting 24 Island Drive.

That Council receive the report from the CAO/Treasurer regarding Accounts Payable - August 2020 for their information.

That Council receive the report from the CAO/Treasurer regarding Early Tendering of Rolling Stock for their information; and further That Council direct staff to proceed in tendering vehicles identified for replacement as contained in the Municipality's Asset Management Plan.

That Council receive the report from the Deputy Clerk regarding Council Expenses for August 2020 and the Remainder of July 2020 and authorizes payment; and further That Council direct staff to review Policy AD-18, Council Conferences and Expense Claims and report back on recommended policy revisions and proposed 2021 budget allocations.

That Council receive the report from the Director of Corporate Services/Clerk regarding Council Appointment to the Committee of Adjustment and Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee for their information; and further That Council support the appointment of Councillor Peter Franzen to the Committee of Adjustment/Property Standards Committee.

That Council appoint Councillor Peter Franzen to the Parks, Recreation and Culture Advisory Committee for the remainder of the 2018-2022 Council term.

That the information correspondence be received for Council's information.

That By-law B2020-083, being 'A by-law to authorize the participation in the County of Peterborough Mutual Aid Plan and Program', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 15th day of September, 2020.

That By-law B2020-084, being 'A by-law to amend By-law No. B2019-123, being 'A by-law to appoint Council Members to the Committee of Adjustment/Property Standards COmmittee for 2020'', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 15th day of September, 2020.

That By-law B2020-085, being 'A by-law to amend By-law No. B2014-070 otherwise known as "The Municipality of Trent Lakes Comprehensive Zoning By-law"', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 15th day of September, 2020.

That Council go into closed session at 1:32 p.m. under Ontario Municipal Act, S.239 (2) (b) (d) to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and labour relations or employee negotiations.

That Council rise from Closed session at 1:40 p.m.

That the minutes of the Closed Session meeting dated September 1, 2020 be adopted as printed.

That Council appoint John (Jack) Clarke to the Library Board for the remainder of the 2018-2022 Council term.

That By-law B2020-087, being 'A by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Regular Council meeting held on September 15, 2020', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 15th day of September, 2020.
