That Council receive the presentation from Stephanie McPherson, CEO Trent Lakes Public Library, regarding the 2021 Library Budget Requests; and further That Council approve a Library Levy in the amount of $233,381.00.

That Council receive the delegations from the Grant Applicants for their information.

That Council accept the late grant applications from the Kinmount Agricultural Society and Community Care Buckhorn.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to the Cavendish Hall (Cavendish Culture and Recreation) in the amount of $4,981.37.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to the Galway Hall in the amount of $2,160.00.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to the Firefighters' Association of Trent Lakes in the amount of $1,400.00.

That Council defer a decision on the Buckhorn Community Centre and Athletic Association grant application until the end of the applications.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to the Beautiful Buckhorn Foundation in the amount of $1,750.00.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to Community Care Buckhorn in the amount of $7,000.00.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to the Kinmount Agricultural Society in the amount of $1,000.00.

That subject to final approval of the 2021 budget, Council approve a grant to the Greater Harvey Historical Society in the amount of $2,500.00.

That Council defer the General Government Budget Request of $20,000.00 for a Branding Strategy to 2022.

That Council approve the General Government Budget Request of $20,000.00 for a Communications Specialist.

That Council approve the General Government Budget Request of $4,000.00, the Capital Budget Request of $17,000.00 and the Reserve Transfer of $66,000.00 from the Economic Development Advisory Committee for items related to the Greenspace/Streetscape Initiative.

That Council approve the Reserve Transfer Request of $66,000.00 from the Economic Development Advisory Committee for items related to the Greenspace/Streetscape Initiative.

That Council support the inclusion of $35,000.00 in the Operating Budget for Community Improvement Applications.

That Council approve the General Government Budget Request of $11,793.00 and the Reserve Transfer of $10,166.00 for Trail Town, subject to the amount being reduced if funding can be accommodated through RTO8 and a mid-year report on spending from Trail Town.

That Council defer the Community Hall Budget Requests for Generator Improvements, Faster Internet and Kitchen Renovations to 2022.

That Council deny the Capital Budget Request of $100,000.00 for a New to Fleet Compact Tractor; and further That Council approve the lease of a Compact Tractor.

That Council approve the Capital Budget Request of $50,000.00 for a New to Fleet Truck.

That Council approve the Operating Budget Request of $27,000.00 for a one year Recreation and Facilities Maintenance Technician contract.

That By-law B2021-012, being 'A by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Special Council meetings held on January 27, 2021', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 27th day of January, 2021.
