That Council receive the minutes from the Environmental Advisory Committee dated August 8, 2024 and the Committee of Adjustment/Appeals Committee dated July 9, 2024 for their information.

That the Council meeting be suspended at 1:20 p.m. in favour of a Public Meeting pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.

That the Council meeting be reconvened at 1:36 p.m.

That Council receive the report from the Planning Technician for Zoning By-law Amendment File No. 24-09 (Cooze); and further That Council support Zoning By-law Amendment File No. 24-09.

That Council receive the presentation from the Peterborough County Engineering and Design Department regarding Road Transfer Rationalization Policy; and further That Council endorse, in principle, the County Road Transfer Rationalization Policy.

That Council receive the delegation from Karen Shearer, Citizens for Alternative Transportation in Trent Lakes (CATTL) regarding Adjacent Road Infrastructure in Trent Lakes; and further That Council refer to staff to report back on jurisdictions and potential next steps.

That Council receive the report from the CAO/Treasurer regarding 2024 Budget Spending and 2025 Budget Timeline; and further That Council approve the 2025 Budget Timeline.

That Council receive the report from the Acting Tax Clerk/Accounts Payable regarding Accounts Payable for the month of July 2024 for information.

That Council receive the report from the Economic Development and Communications Officer regarding Municipal Website Migration; and further That the migration of the municipal website from iCreate to the new platform, Govstack, be approved; and further That Council approve $19,296.00 plus HST to be included in the 2025 budget; and further That the CAO/Treasurer be authorized to execute any documents and agreements required for the website migration.

That Council receive the report from the Deputy Clerk regarding Council Expenses for July 2024 and authorizes payment.

That the information correspondence be received for Council's information.

That the correspondence for action be received for Council's information.

That By-law B2024-070, being 'A by-law to authorize the execution of a Grant Contract between the Ontario Trillium Foundation and The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 3rd day of September, 2024.

That By-law B2024-072, being 'A by-law to amend By-law No. B2014-070 otherwise known as "The Municipality of Trent Lakes Comprehensive Zoning By-law"', be read a first, second and third time and passed this 3rd day of September, 2024.

That Council go into a closed meeting at 2:46 p.m. under Ontario Municipal Act, S.239 (2) (b) (c) (d) (e) to discuss personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; labour relations or employee negotiations; and litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board.
