That Council receive the report from the Deputy Clerk, Director of Public Works and the CAO/Treasurer regarding Award RFT-07-2023 New Dedicated Mechanic’s Facility and RFT-08-2023 Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the New Dedicated Mechanic’s Facility; and further That Council refer the report to staff to gather information regarding MVW Construction and Engineering Inc.'s recent projects, whether they were completed on time and within budget, and client feedback, as well as recent bid amounts for comparable projects.
